My hybrid animal has  slimy scales and has a clear see through, glow in the dark tail . It lives in the  deep deep sea. It  has 4 legs with paws and it has  pointy triangle shaped  ears that are black and brown .It makes a deep throaty noise. It has two eyes and a mouth. It has a pointy nose and sharp teeth. It likes to swim around and eat anything in its path! It is a friendly animal.

Interesting Facts About Panda Bears

 There  are lots of types of  Panda Bear, two types are Giant Pandas and Red Pandas. These  two types are smaller than giant Pandas . 

09Giant Pandas are black and white and they have black circles around their eyes. They have black stripes on their tail. Red pandas  are red with black circles around their eyes. Red pandas look like a  red fox but much smaller. Red pandas are very lazy.

Pandas live in China in the trees and they hang upside down when they sleep. Pandas are curious about bamboo. Pandas eat bamboo and  fish . Panda Bears are comfortable in cold climates.

Panda Bears do not like people and can be very dangerous.

I think Panda Bears are beautiful animals and I enjoyed finding out fun facts about Panda Bears.

Friday Field Trip

 On Friday November the 6th Room 1 and Room 4 went on the bus to Margaret Mahy playground. We went on the turquoise twirly slide, spinney thing, big silver slide and Eva and Lily and I went on the trampolines at Margaret Mahy. We also went to the Museum and we went into a classroom and played games called Ropes and Marbles  and Snakes and Ladders. We had an amazing, fantastic time and the bus picked us up at 2pm and then we picked up the room  1  kids. We then went back to school to go home. A moment in time at a swimming pool

WALT :use punctuation and write in the  first  person .

I arrived  at QE2  I went to the changing room to get into my togs. I dived in the deep pool. My Mum, Dad, my brother Lucas and I went on the hydroslide. My brother screamed the whole way down! I went down after him. I didn´t scream! I went in the Lazy River in a donut....I went round and round and round. I felt sick and dizzy so I went home.

A day in a life of a Koala

 Walt write in first person.

I woke up when the sun rose. I live in the eucalyptus forest of Australia and I like hanging on trees. I was blind and deaf when I was born! When I grow up I will be really heavy, about 15 kilograms. Believe it or not I sometimes can sleep for up to 18 hours a day. I can sleep more than a human. I have grey fur with a cream coloured  chest and strong  clawed  feet perfect for living on branches. They can help them climb higher  than  you. At the end of my day I like to snuggle high up in a eucalyptus tree and go to sleep.

The Girl and Ferocious Mouse

 One day my mum and dad left me  home alone and I put my pyjamas on and I had Hawaiian pizza for dinner. I had  ice cream for dessert. Then I watched Frozen 2. My mum and dad went to the pizza place for dinner. One of my friends came over. Her name was Eva and she joined in with watching a movie. 

All of a sudden she found a mouse. We both hate mice. We run and hide away from the mouse. But it stays in the house. We have to get rid of it. We set up the mouse  trap but that did work. We caught the mice with a tennis racket and chased it out of the house. We cleaned up the mess. We went to sleep before my parents came home. They came home at 9 o'clock but we were fast asleep after our adventure.

 Once upon time there were two, two headed monsters with ice cream heads. One of them was chocolate flavour and one of them was strawberry flavour. Their heads were covered with rainbow coloured sprinkles. The monsters went to the frozen lake, which was as cold as ice. A twisting, turning tornado came while they were there. The tornado chased them back home, they ran as fast as a cheetah. The two headed monsters live in a cave Coveted in green slime. They met a grumpy bear in their He was scary and he wasn't kind. The grumpy bear chased the two headed monsters away, they ran as fast as they could but it was too late. The bear was too quick. He ate and licked them to death. The end

I strongly believe that children should be able to play video games. Not only are they fun for kids, it can give parents a break. You can communicate with your friends and catch up with them. Parents can put restrictions on the app store. Firsty you can communicate with your friends and catch up with them. This is good because you can see what they are doing. Over lock down I could only catch up with my friends on video games. Secondly, parents can put age on the app store. This keeps it safe for us because if you want to download a 12+ game they can lock it. Finally some video games are educational and help you to learn. For example, Numbers and Prodigy. To conclude I think that without a doubt children should be allowed to play video games. Here are just a few important reasons why, Video games always make me happy because it is fun. You can communicate with your friends. parents can put age restrictions on the app store and video games are educational and help you to learn.

you should have a shower

I strongly believe we should shower because we might get stinky and we might get bacteria I strongly believe we should shower because we might get stinky and we might get bacteria . Firstly, if you don't shower your hair will get all greasy and yucky, your body will be dirty and means you will smell bad!u are not healthy. Secondly, your fingernail will get very very very dirty. This is bad because when you eat dirt finally, you can get bacteria in your body if you don't shower and you might get sick, and be very smelly. from your fingers you might get sick. In conclusion, I strongly believe you should have a shower to keep clean and healthy.

how to make jelly

Step 1 : Get the jelly out and also a bowl.

Step 2 : Fill jug with 2 cups of water and boil.

Step 3 : Put the jelly crystals in the bowl and then add 2 cups of the boiling water.

Step 4 : Stir the jelly crystals into the boiling water.

Step 5 : Put the jelly in the fridge to set for about 4 hours.

Step 6 : Put jelly in a bowl and its time to eat it .
